This video says the amount of coffee that we should consume (if we absolutely have to) is a small cup (that is shown around 1:30 on video), and only once a day.
If taken more it can cause:
- tiredness
- less sleep
- ruin ketosis
- anxiety
- less concentration
- less happiness
- create tension on back of neck
- less digestion
There are possible fixes:
- drinking decaf (organic)
- Teeccino
- Tea (which has been naturally decaffeinated)
