Update to ProtonVPN connection script

Added a shell based ovpn selection menu. So now it doesn't require to have any menu selection utility installed (such as dmenu or rofi) and works on tty too. The less the requirements the better it feels.

Just made a #ProtonVPN connect script. It's simple, just depends on #openvpn and dmenu/rofi. Can be used with anything like wicd, connman and doesn't require network-manager.
